The architecture is conceived as a sequence of spatial discoveries rather than a fixed composition: a terrain of thresholds, courtyards, and framed views that reveal themselves gradually as one moves through the site.

These enclosed spaces offer both refuge and continuity, mediating between the natural terrain and the domestic interior. Wind-sheltering walls of stone and exposed concrete maintain the clarity of form while anchoring the building in its environment.

Local stone merges the built fabric with the earth, while exposed concrete articulates structure and precision. Occasional plaster surfaces create subtle tonal shifts that delineate programmatic zones without breaking unity.

At the site’s highest point, the main house rises on two levels: the ground floor unfolds along a central axis linking bedrooms and living areas with a courtyard at its heart; above, a single bedroom suite and kitchenette provide quiet retreat. Descending the site, a communal terrace and pool become the central gathering point — a moment of openness within the sequence of movement.

At the lowest elevation, two guesthouse volumes complete the composition. The larger, with its monolithic stone façade, contains twin rooms and a suite organized around a private courtyard. The smaller, more secluded structure serves as an independent guest retreat.
